I can’t believe how great I feel now, how positive and open-minded I am, and that I can meditate!!

Before I started the program I had stiff hands, stiff ankles, MS was at the forefront of my brain. I was on maternity leave, busy with 1 year old and not sure if symptoms were because of settling into parenthood or MS. I had lots of fatigue – waking up some days feeling heavy and glued to the bed.

The program has made such a difference to my life. I’m more grateful, less focused on my diagnosis, more focused on keeping up habits such as morning stretching, meditating, gluten free diet, more positive, better equipped to deal with challenges and lots more!

I really valued how Karen Dwyer was human too! Being able to show up to calls whatever way worked. I can’t believe how great I feel now, how positive and open-minded I am, and that I can meditate!!

I’m a different person from the one I was 6 months ago. I am more confident, my communication is more powerful and I now have good habits and self-care.

I didn’t know how to deal with being diagnosed with MS and my mental health and self care were pretty poor. I was looking for a way to deal with being diagnosed with MS and learning to live with it.

My life before was stressful with worsening MS symptoms.

My relationship with my parents and my approach with them has dramatically improved following the forgiveness exercise. I’ve gained confidence to teach chair yoga. I have made loads of improvements to my diet and to what me and my hubby eat and how we make food together, food made with love, as the chefs from the yoga school in India were calling it.

I was very critical of myself and others. I was also looking for the negative in everything. I knew I needed to do the programme I felt it was time to change

So basically my world is different now after the program…I’m eating healthier, in better form, not critical, taking on new challenges, reading and I can run and fast! I didn’t think these were possible before. I just needed the skills to be happy. The particular moment that best captured how I feel after doing the programme would be me just sitting on my couch smiling and reading having suffered with optic neuritis and being unable to read for many years.

The happiness this course made me realise was in me. A few days after committing to this course I asked my fiancée to unsubscribe me. He said give it a week and thank God I listen to him. I loved it. It was the fear of the unknown but after the first week I didn’t care I was bringing it on.

Before the program, life was haphazard, chaotic, reckless, scary and filled with worry.

I feel transformed in many ways and in many of the fundamental promises of the course. I feel that this is the start of a bigger transformation to come. The moment which captures the transformation is when I walked with rollator from an end room up a long corridor through the archway, through the kitchen and back into living room to riser/recliner without stopping – about 30m – an incredible feeling of victory within and realisation of the power of the mind in overcoming adversity.

The program was tremendous, very professional and positively motivating. A highlight was having the feeling that someone out there genuinely caring for me. Other highlights were the modules on the holistic approach and the acknowledgement that there is an alternative approach outside of the normal med route, this was good.
